In addition to holding his Auctioneer’s License, Scott is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Pennsylvania and New York. He also serves as President and Broker of Adventure Realty, the sister company of Adventure Auctions. With eight offices and more than 35 full-time Realtors, Adventure Realty consistently sells over $100 million in real estate annually across Central and Northcentral Pennsylvania. The firm is also proud to be the exclusive Pennsylvania partner of Sports Afield Trophy Properties (SATP), the world’s largest network specializing in countryside and recreational properties.
A lifelong resident of Muncy Creek Township, Scott graduated from Muncy High School and Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He went on to earn his auctioneering diploma at Reading Area Community College. Beyond real estate, Scott has built a well-rounded professional background, holding Pennsylvania insurance licenses, a Notary Commission, and previously, securities licenses.
Scott and his wife of 27 years are proud parents of four children. Deeply rooted in his community, Scott has served as a township auditor, school board director, and president and coach of Muncy’s youth football and wrestling programs. Today, he continues his commitment to local education and leadership as President of the Muncy School District Board of Directors.
